Local Breweries
Solihull now has its own brewery! Silhill Brewery is run by local man Mark Gregory, and currently produces two beers: 4.0 Per Cent, a pale ale with a light and refreshing full hopped taste, and 3.7 Per Cent, a slightly darker ale described as a premium session beer, with others planned in the near future. The brewing plant, which is temporarily in Hay-on-Wye, is in the process of being relocated to Solihull. We look forward to reporting as soon as the move is complete.
